  • vegan-desserts




  • 200g frozen mango chunks or other frozen fruit of your choice
  • 6 tbsp natural vegan yoghurt
  • Juice 1 lime or ½ lemon
  • Pinch salt (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp syrup (eg agave or maple etc) (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Serving suggestions: chopped mixed nuts, coconut flakes, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh mint, granola, hemp seeds, vegan choc chips


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Decorate with toppings of your choice. Enjoy 🙂
