Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp tahini paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil or flax oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients (apart from the pumpkin seeds) together in a food processor or in a bowl using a hand blender.
- Add in a splash of water if you prefer a thinner hummus.
- Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds under a grill or in a small dry frying pan (just for a minute, as they brown quickly).
