Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 large avocado
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
  • Juice 1 lime
  • Bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir through gently.
