Ingredients

  • 1 tin kidney beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp light tahini paste
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsbp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or mix with seed oil such as flax
  • Salt & pepper to taste

You can substitute the kidney beans for any type of tinned bean or pea.

Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Adjust the texture by adding a bit of water if you wish.
