Chocolate Mug Cake

If you've never made a mug cake before then you'll be blown away with how well it works and how tasty it is! Made in under 10 minutes, it's the quickest way to get an indulgent sweet treat :)
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp plant milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 3 tsp vegan spread or coconut oil, melted
- Pinch salt (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3 squares vegan chocolate (optional)
Method:
- Apart from the squares of vegan chocolate, mix all ingredients in a mug until smooth.
- If using squares of chocolate, push them into the middle of the mug/mixture until fully submerged.
- Heat in a microwave on full power for 1 ½ minutes.
Serving suggestions: chopped nuts, fresh fruit, fresh mint, Oreo or other biscuits, vegan choc chips, vegan cream, vegan custard, vegan ice cream
