Ingredients
- 300g/3 cups oats (toast the oats if preferred. Use gluten-free if needed)
- 50g/½ cup sunflower seeds
- 50g/½ cup sesame seeds
- 130g/1 cup mixed nuts (toast the nuts if preferred)
- 35g/½ cup desiccated coconut
- 50g/½ cup dried cranberries
- 115g/1 cup pre-chopped dates
(toasted wheat flakes also work really well as an addition or alternative to oats)
