Effortless 5-course Vegan Valentine’s Day Menu

5-course vegan valentine's day menu

Love is in the air! With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, you might want to dish up an extra-special something for that extra-special someone. We’ll help you show your appreciation to your partner, your family, and your friends with our effortless, five-course, vegan Valentine’s Day menu!

A menu for any occasion

The following five-course vegan Valentine’s Day meal can be whipped up in just an hour and half! It’s easy to scale-up for other special occasions too such as: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and family celebrations too. Most of these plant based ingredients are available throughout the year, which makes these dishes an easy staple year-round.

The way to someone’s heart: five lip-smacking dishes for a vegan Valentine’s Day

The starter for our five-course vegan Valentine’s Day menu is an indulgent and creamy Pea and Mint Soup, followed by delicious, vegan Roasted Aubergine Heaven: a vegan Zaalouk. The star of the show is an indulgent, but easy to make, Onion Tarte Tatin. And for dessert? An Easy Strawberry Galette – best served with a big scoop of our Super-fast Healthy Ice Cream!

Timing is everything! Tips for a smooth cooking experience

To get all recipes ready to dish up in just an hour and a half, we suggest you start with the Zaalouk and bake the aubergine first. Meanwhile, get the Onion Tarte Tatin ready, but not in the oven quite yet. Next, finish the Zaalouk in the oven (steps 4 and 5 of the recipe), and start with the Pea and Mint soup. Finally, make the Strawberry Galette, and finish baking the Onion Tarte Tatin while serving the Pea and Mint Soup. We also recommend you make the Super-fast Healthy Ice Cream just before serving!
