1

What inspired you to offer plant milks in your hotel rooms?

Really simply it was a suggestion I gave to our F&B Team for more choice in our rooms and cafes. Adapting to our guest needs is something we always do as a company.

2

Have you received any feedback from guests regarding plant milks and your offerings?

Generally, the comments are that “it’s great to see plant/oat milk in rooms, cafes and to have the choice.”

3

How did you implement the changes needed to begin offering plant milks?

We checked with our usual supplier and implemented straight away. In addition, we discussed with our housekeeping and operation teams across our portfolio of 15 hotels.

4

Which supplier do you use for your plant milks?

Brakes. We also now use Moma Oat milk in our cafes which is British made and gluten-free.
