How do the Vegan Recipe Club Awards work?
We invite all vegan Bristol eateries to apply for the top vegan spot in our Vegan Recipe Club Awards 2023. Customers can also nominate their favourite eatery. There are four categories, plus one overall winner:
Eateries can enter multiple award categories, but we will require separate entries for each individual category. Entries must be submitted by latest midnight on Friday 31st March 2023, and any submissions received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration for our Vegan Recipe Club Awards 2023.
It’s not just vegan restaurants! If you’re an innovating restaurant with stunning vegan dishes you want to show off, please enter!
Once our panel of judges, which consists of a line-up of renowned local vegan professionals, have created a shortlist, they will head off to visit each shortlisted eatery before selecting the final winners. Find our full award terms and conditions here.
What are we looking for?
This year we’re looking to shine a spotlight on the top vegan foods and eateries across Bristol. Think: delicious plant-based dishes, beautifully presented food, friendly and welcoming service, from people that do their part for the local community, the animals and the planet!
In future, we aim to roll the Vegan Recipe Club Awards out across other UK cities.
What’s in it for the winners?
Winners will receive an exclusive prize package including an official Vegan Recipe Club Award winner certificate, official Vegan Recipe Club Award winner window sticker, and digital badge which can be freely used and placed on your product packaging and the winner’s own marketing materials. In addition, winners will benefit from social media publicity across Viva!’s social media outlets, a three-month premium profile with exclusive first-page spotlight on Viva!’s My Vegan Town directory, a dedicated article on Viva!’s Vegan Recipe Club blog, and a mini-feature in Viva!life magazine.
