A warming cranberry cocktail for Christmas – perfect after dinner with a mince pie!

Ingredients

  • Orange wedge
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce, sieved
  • 60ml whisky
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 3-4 cranberries (optional)
  • Sparkling water
  • 2 large ice cubes
  • Sugar for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put a small amount of water around the top of the glass then dip into a bowl of sugar to decorate the top of the glass (optional).
  2. Add the cranberry sauce, ice, optional cranberries and orange wedge to the glass.
  3. Pour in the whisky and bitters. Top up with sparkling water to the desired level.
  4. Add more ice if necessary and enjoy.
