The Ultimate Tahini Sauce

This sauce makes a perfect addition to so many dishes... pasta, curry, stew, salad, falafel, tagine, sandwiches, crispy tofu... well pretty much everything! It keeps for about 7 days in the fridge so you can enjoy it all week long :)
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
- 100ml lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
- 4½ tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- Pinch salt
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water and olive oil (do this a bit at a time as you don't want it to be runny).
