Anneka's Super Green Angel Juice

Anneka Svenska says: 'This super powered GREEN JUICE is my absolute favourite, as it contains everything in one fell swoop to get you powered up in the morning. It's bursting with anti-oxidants, super veggies, green proteins, with an added ‘zing’ to the taste buds. Substitute this tasty green juice for your morning caffeine intake and you will see results very quickly!'

Anneka’s Tip for the day:
It’s best to have an approx 80/20 ratio of vegetables to fruit when you are making juices and smoothies regularly, as despite fruit being amazingly good for you, it also has a high fructose content. So it's better to take in your essential vitamins with vegetable juices that will keep blood sugar levels balanced if you are juicing in place of regular food.

Aldi and many other major supermarkets sell ingredients such as wheatgrass powder - otherwise try a good health food shop or online
