Calcium from plant foods is better absorbed than from animal foods such as dairy.

Just think - over 70 per cent of the world's people are inherently lactose intolerant.

That means they have traditionally obtained their calcium from plants. And ironically, those countries eating a typical Western diet of meat and dairy have the highest levels of osteoporisis!
