Ingredients: 

  • 100ml plain vegan yogurt (50 cals)
  • 100g chopped banana (95 cals)
  • 70g chopped strawberries (20 cals)
  • 100g blueberries (25 cals)
  • 4 almonds, chopped – (8g) (69 cals)

  • Method: 

    Mix everything together and serve.
